Jolanda

Jolanda (33 years). In May 2012 I started as a production employee at Colombo. In the meantime, I have always been able to grow in my position. Now I supervise the production team and I am responsible for the planning and the office. Due to the growth in my position I have already learned a lot, and there are also training opportunities that I use. We work in a great team, we try to pay a lot of attention to the team spirit. Every day is different and you learn new things, making it a challenging job. I still enjoy working at Colombo every day.
